There were a safe box, a fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities in the room, appreciated that. The location was marvellous and stunning - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

Our stay at Marafiki Beach Hotel was an excellent value for the money. The room was cozy and waking up to the beach view and sound of the waves was amazing. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the staff treated us with such kindness and friendliness.
The breakfast menu could have had more options for those with dietary restrictions, like gluten-free and vegan.

The location a few feet away from the beach was great! Btw, went to city center, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The private bathrooms are great with a shower and free toiletries. It feels refreshing and convenient. This double room with a private entrance, air conditioning, and tea/coffee maker is perfect for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The triple room is impressive with its air conditioning, beautiful view, and electric kettle. It's just what you need for a relaxing vacation. I loved the balcony in the double room. It's a lovely spot to enjoy the view and relax. The sea view from the double room is breathtaking. Waking up to that every morning is a dream come true. All the rooms are equipped with an air conditioner, which keeps the temperature comfortable throughout the day. Having a terrace in all rooms is a great addition. It's a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The suite's tile/marble floor adds a touch of elegance. It enhances the overall ambiance of the room.
Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the suite a bit slippery. However, it might not be a concern for everyone.

What an amazing Xmas experience! The hotel was a hidden gem with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the beach. Waking up to the sound of waves was blissful. The a la carte breakfast menu was a highlight, offering delicious options. The location was perfect, away from crowds and touts, providing a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Plus, the hotel provided free kayaks to explore the crystal clear waters. Definitely a place to return to!
One small hiccup was that the cleaning crew sometimes forgot to lock our room after cleaning. However, it didn't affect our overall stay and experience.

Fresh food, perfect hotel, STUNNING location on snorkeling in the area which we had really looked forward to. Big and airy venue room with a soft bed and private bathroom. Had a private safe, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making facilities.

Exceptionally nice and unbeatable setting in the relaxing area, next to the amazing white and clean beach, restaurant and all other workers, and Mnemba island. Totally pleasant stay during 4 nights.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

We had a blast riding the complimentary kayaks and bicycles on the beach. It was so much fun exploring the shoreline and discovering hidden spots. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our adventure even more enjoyable. We felt like true adventurers and had the best time ever!
The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene for young party-goers. It would have been epic to have some fun parties or live music events at the hotel.

I can't believe the value for money and how amazing the room was at this hidden gem. The location was perfect, with a gorgeous beach just a few meters away. The staff made our stay extra special, always friendly and attentive.
More variety in the breakfast offerings would have made it even better.

We had so much fun with the complimentary kayaks and bicycles. We rode the bikes along the beach, exploring the village and enjoying the beautiful scenery. And when the tide was low, we hopped on the kayaks and paddled around, feeling like true adventurers. It was such a cool experience!
The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene. As young party-goers, we were looking for some fun and vibrant places to hang out in the evenings.

Our stay at the beach-adjacent hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The food at the hotel was outstanding, especially the à la carte breakfast. Waking up in the cozy rooms with a view of the beach and the sound of waves was truly dreamy. The cleanliness of the rooms, with twice-daily cleaning, was greatly appreciated. We also indulged in a Swedish massage at the spa, which was highly recommended and did not disappoint. I will definitely recommend this hotel for its serene ambiance, delicious food, and friendly staff.

The private beach area was a hidden oasis of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of the local salesmen. It felt like a secret paradise where I could escape and unwind, without being bombarded by offers every step of the way.
Persistent salesmen on the beach.
